India Ratings & Research (Ind-Ra) has assigned Reliance Infrastructure (R-Infra) Rs 0.5 billion short-term non-convertible debentures (NCDs) a final rating of 'A1+(SO)'. The assignment of final rating follows the receipt of final documents conforming to the information already received.
The short-term NCDs are part of R-Infra's Rs 27.25 billion debt programme, which was assigned an expected rating of 'AA(SO)(exp)'. The rated facility is secured against regulatory asset collection in R-Infra's Mumbai distribution business.
Shares of the company gained Rs 12.3, or 1.67%, to settle at Rs 747.50. The total volume of shares traded was 343,484 at the BSE (Tuesday).
